Indigo Wildflower Farm
Last updated: 2025

Welcome to Indigo Wildflower Farm! By purchasing from our farm, subscribing to our bouquet programs, or participating in any of our offerings, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We’ve outlined them clearly below to make sure we’re all on the same page and your experience is as smooth and beautiful as our blooms.

🌸 Subscriptions & Orders

Seasonal Timing
Subscription start dates are dependent on weather and bloom availability. We’ll email you before each subscription season begins with the exact start date and pickup information.

Bouquet Frequency
Subscriptions run for 5 or 6 weeks (depending on the season), with one bouquet provided each week during your subscription period.

Flower Variety
We work with nature — not against it. That means your bouquets will vary from week to week based on what’s in bloom. We cannot take requests for specific flowers or colors. All arrangements are grower’s choice and designed with the freshest, seasonal flowers available.

Presentation
Bouquets are hand-gathered and wrapped in kraft paper. They arrive ready for a trim and your favorite vase. Stem count and size will vary based on your chosen subscription (Petite, Market, or Luxe).

🚗 Pickup & Delivery

Pickup Location
Bouquets will be available for local pickup at our family restaurant, Cirino’s at Mainstreet, on Sundays or Wednesdays between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Delivery
Delivery may be available within a 10-mile radius for an additional fee. Please inquire before purchase if you're interested in this option.

Missed Pickups
Flowers are perishable. If a bouquet is not picked up on the scheduled day, it will be donated. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for missed pickups.

💐 Refunds & Cancellations

Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the nature of fresh flowers and the planning required to grow and harvest for your order, all subscriptions and flower purchases are non-refundable after 30 days.

If you are unable to complete your subscription, you’re welcome to gift it to a friend or family member. Please contact us to update the recipient's name and contact information.

🐾 Allergy Disclaimer

All of our flowers are grown with care, but we cannot guarantee they are allergy-free. Some varieties may trigger sensitivities in people or pets. Bouquets are intended for decorative use only and should not be ingested. If you or someone in your household is sensitive to pollen, or if you have pets known to chew on plants, we recommend displaying your flowers out of reach and in a well-ventilated area.

Indigo Wildflower Farm is not responsible for allergic reactions or issues caused by the flowers once they leave our care.

🌿 Our Promise

We are committed to growing high-quality, farm-fresh flowers using sustainable, organic-inspired practices. While we can’t promise exact varieties or colors, we can promise your bouquet will be thoughtfully made with blooms grown right here on our farm in Nevada County, California.
